Ministry of Commerce has issued a circular on 30.06.2011 vide no MC/TO-2/A-12/2011/Vol-2/276 containing this important Government decision with immediate effect, All Deputy Commissioners were requested to convey and execute the decision within their respective jurisdiction accordingly.
